Village Green 2607 3rd. Street Plaza: Living Room

About the place...

Location: This unit is just up the hill from the main playground, which has been a lot of fun for our kids. It faces north, which means no direct sunlight into the house during the incredibly hot Omaha summers, and the parking is right outside the kitchen sliding door, so your car is close during the bitterly cold Omaha winters.

Main floor: The living room has oak hardwood floors, which are in good condition, and the front door faces the botanical gardens...a great view. The kitchen is off the living room, has laminate flooring, and the parking is just outside the sliding glass door. There is also a small patio area off the kitchen for a grill, flowers, kids toys, etc.

Upstairs: Has carpet throughout, which is 5 years old and is in good condition. The master bedroom faces north, with a great view of the botanical gardens. There is a large linen closet in the hallway between the master bedroom and second bedroom.

Downstairs: The basement is partially finished. The family room has new carpet, textured walls, and crown molding as of June 2011. Just off of the family room is the utility room with the washer and dryer(which are included with townhouse). There is also a small room off the utility room that can be used as a weight room, small office, sewing room, etc. It is carpeted, but with no carpet pad, and has access to under the stairs for more storage. We've used the room for a kid's toy room, weight room, and spare bedroom for when we've had company from out of town. It's been really nice having that extra small room.

Rooms not pictured: Utility room with washer and dryer, and small extra room off of the utility room.
